Thank you for shopping with Edifort. As a dropshipping store, all orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted international suppliers. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

🔁 Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our team

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken

  • The product received is significantly different from what was described

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays within the standard 45–60 business day window

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in product appearance (e.g., color, texture, finish)

🔄 Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

  • After this window, orders are processed with our suppliers and cannot be cancelled

Shipping Delays

Our estimated delivery time is 45–60 business days. However, delays can occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural events (e.g., weather, disasters)

  • Carrier-related issues

If your order has not arrived after 75 business days, you may request either a full refund or a reshipment.

Once a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
